Abstract

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Pedagoška praksa - samorefleksija študentov razrednega pouka z vidika likovne umetnosti sestoji iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela in je nastalo z namenom, ugotoviti, na kakšen način študentje 4. letnika Univerzitetnega študijskega programa Razredni pouk samo vidijo prve pedagoške izkušnje v času pedagoške prakse pri likovni umetnosti; z dobljenimi rezultati pa z vidika samorefleksije seznaniti študente, učitelje in profesorje, saj menimo, da predstavlja samorefleksija pomemben del pri oblikovanju uspešnega učitelja. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili učiteljski poklic in se osredotočili na pedagoško prakso. Opisali smo značilnosti in različne vidike pedagoške prakse. Podrobneje smo predstavili strnjeno pedagoško prakso. Empirični del vsebuje rezultate raziskave, ki smo jih dobili s pomočjo refleksivnega protokola in jih predstavljamo v treh delih. V prvem delu predstavljamo analizo rezultatov raziskave, vezano na načrtovanje učne ure. V drugem delu predstavljamo analizo rezultatov raziskave, vezano na izvedbo učne ure in v tretjem delu analizo rezultatov raziskave, vezano na mnenja študentov o izvedbi učne ure likovne umetnosti. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so se študentje med pedagoško prakso pri načrtovanju in izvajanju učne ure likovne umetnosti srečali s številnimi težavami in dobili veliko pozitivnih izkušenj. Iz rezultatov je razvidno, da študentje še niso pripravljeni za samostojno poučevanje, saj še nimajo dovolj znanja in izkušenj, kar potrjuje dejstvo, da potrebujejo več pedagoške prakse.

Secondary abstract: Diploma with the title Pedagogical practice - self-reflection of students of elementary education from the point of view of Fine arts consists of theoretical and empirical part and was written with the intention of establishing, how students in the 4th year of academic study programme elementary teaching self-reflect their first pedagogical experiences in Fine arts classes. Our intention is also to inform students, teachers and professors about results gained, as in our opinion self-reflection plays an important role in becoming a successful teacher. In the theoretical part we have generally presented teacher as an occupation while concentrating on pedagogical practice, as well as described and characterized pedagogical practice and its different points of view. Sequential pedagogical practice is presented in detail. The empirical part consists of research results, gained by reflexive protocol; this is presented in three parts. All of these parts present the analysis of results; first part through planning of pupil hours, second part through performing pupil hours and the third part through the opinion of students about performing pupil hours of Fine arts. Results have shown that students have encountered many problems while performing pedagogical practice, planning and performing pupil hours of fine arts but at the same time gained a lot of positive experience. Results also state that students are not yet ready for independent teaching, as they lack experience and knowledge. This states the fact that they need more pedagogical practice.
