Abstract

Namen magistrske naloge je analiza različnih vrst delnih praznitev s statističnimi metodami. Delne praznitve ne vodijo do takojšnjega preboja in uničenja izolacijskega materiala. Če se pojavljajo čez daljši časovni rok, pa lahko negativno vplivajo na izolacijske lastnosti dielektrika. Povzročajo erozijo materiala vse do točke popustitve dielelktrične trdnosti oziroma preboja. Velikega pomena je torej njihovo ocenjevanje in kontroliranje. V magistrski nalogi so bile za analizo delnih praznitev uporabljene različne teoretične porazdelitve kot, normalna, lognormalna in gamma porazdelitev. Za ocenitev povezovanja med dejansko in teoretično porazdelitvijo se uporablja Anderson-Darling test prilagajanja. Kot referenca pa je opravljen še test normalnosti s Kolmogorov-Smirnov testom. S pomočjo pridobljenih parametrov se posameznim vrstam delnih praznitev določijo karakteristične lastnosti.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this thesis is a analysis of various types of partial discharges using statistical methods. Partial discharges do not lead to an immediate breakthrough and destruction of the insulating material. If they occur during a longer time, they can adversely affect the insulating properties of the dielectric. They cause erosion of the material to the point of loosening dielectric strength and penetration. Therefore, their control is very important. The thesis has been analyzed the partial discharges with a variety of theoretical distributions like normal, lognormal and gamma distribution. To assess the association between the actual and the theoretical distribution it was used an Anderson-Darling test adaptation. As a reference was also , applied the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test. By using the obtained parameters was defined the individual types of partial discharges their characteristic properties.
