Ukrepi za zagotavljanje varnosti otrok v vrtcu

Abstract

V Sloveniji imamo kakovostne vrtce, ki otrokom nudijo možnosti za vsestranski razvoj. K temu pripomore načrtovanje kakovostnih dejavnosti in evalviranje napredka otrok. K dobrim in uspešnim ustanovam pa vsekakor spada zagotavljanje varnosti otrok, ki ga urejajo mnogi pravilniki in interni akti, katerih podlaga je Zakon o vrtcih. Magistrsko delo obravnava Pravilnik o normativih in minimalnih tehničnih pogojih za prostor in opremo vrtca, Pravilnik o varnosti otrok v vrtcu, Varnostni načrt na igralih in Pravilnik o požarnem redu. V delu smo proučili kazensko odgovornost ter civilno-pravne vidike odgovornosti vrtca in vzgojiteljev. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo ugotavljali, na kakšne načine in v kolikšni meri se varnost v vrtcih zagotavlja ter v kolikšni meri so strokovni delavci seznanjeni s pravilniki, ki to področje urejajo. Zanimala so nas stališča ter izkušnje staršev in vzgojiteljev koroških vrtcev, ki smo jih ob koncu empiričnega dela tudi primerjali.

Secondary abstract:	In Slovenia there are quality kindergartens that offer to children opportunities for versatile development. This is also because of planning quality activities and evaluating children's development. A part of good and successful institutions is definitely ensuring the safety of children, which is regulated by many rules and internal acts that are based on the Pre-School Institutions Act. The Master's degree thesis treats the Rules on norms and minimal technical conditions for premises and equipment of pre-school institutions, the Rules on the safety of children in kindergarten, the Safety plan for playground equipment and the Rules on fire rules. The thesis studied legal responsibility and the civil-legal aspects of the kindergarten and teachers' responsibilities. In the empirical part we tried to find out in what ways and to what degree the safety is provided in kindergartens and to what degree kindergarten employees are informed with the rules that regulate this field. We were interested in the parents and teachers' viewpoints and experiences in the kindergartens in Koroška region which were compared at the end of the empirical part.
