Abstract
Namen dela je bil izdelati merilni DAQ modul z vgrajenim ojačevalnikom ob upoštevanju smernic za zmanjšanje motenj v okviru elektromagnetne združljivosti (EMC). V sklopu prototipnega modula so bili v ospredju obravnavani instrumentacijski ojačevalnik INA128, grafični uporabniški vmesnik LabVIEW™ ter načrtovanje tiskanega vezja (PCB) z orodjem Multisim™/Ultiboard™. Namen izdelave prototipnega modula je merjenje zelo šibkih signalov, katere je mogoče ojačiti do 20000 krat. Pri izdelavi so bile upoštevane smernice za doseganje EMC, v sklopu katerih je bila izdelana t.i. Faraday-eva kletka. Predstavljeni so eksperimentalni rezultati in karakteristike prototipnega modula v primerjavi z modulom NI USB-6008. V sklopu konstruiranja in izdelave ohišja, katerega namen je predvsem zaščitne, rokovalne in estetske narave prototipnega modula, so podane nekatere smernice za konstruiranje izdelkov iz umetnih mas. Predstavljeni so SolidWorks™ CAD modeli ohišij in izdelan fizični model ohišja.

The main goal of this work was to make a measuring DAQ module with amplifier integrated and with respect to EMC for interference reduction. As part of this module prototype we specialy dealed with instrumentation amplifier INA128, graphical user interface LabVIEW™ and PCB designing in Multisim™/Ultiboard™. The main purpose of this prototype module is measuring very weak signals, which can be gained with factors up to 20000. One of the realized measure for ensuring EMC is so-called Faraday's cage. In the work are also presented experimental results and characteristics of the prototype module compared with NI USB-6008. As part of the prototype-housing desing and its production, which purpose is especially protecting, handling and aesthetic, are presented SolidWorks™ CAD models of several housing designs with guadelines for the design of plastic products. There is also physical model of chosen housing design. |
