primer uvedbe računovodske rešitve miniMAX v podjetju Stanislava Repnik s.p.

Abstract

Dober računovodski informacijski sistem je ključen za dobro delovanje vsakega računovodskega servisa. Tako kot se hitro spreminja informacijska tehnologija tako se hitro spreminjajo računovodske rešitve. Zato postanejo rešitve, ki jih ponudniki ne vzdržujejo hitro zastarele, kar prisili uporabnike te rešitve, da na trgu poiščejo novo računovodsko rešitev. Ob veliki ponudbi imamo veliko možnosti izbire a tudi veliko možnosti, da izberemo napačno rešitev. Zato je treba natančno preučiti lastno podjetje in lastne potrebe. Šele nato poiščemo rešitev, ki ustreza našim zahtevam. Nato načrtujemo uvedbo izbrane rešitve in jo uvedemo. Rešitev je potrebno potem tudi vzdrževati. V diplomskem seminarju sem raziskal uvedbo spletne računovodske rešitve miniMAX v podjetju Stanislava Repnik s.p. V teoretičnem delu sta opisani področji računovodstva in elektronskega poslovanja ter povezave med njima. Predvsem vpliv elektronskega poslovanja na spremembe v računovodstvu. V praktičnem delu sem opisal projekt uvedbe spletne računovodske rešitve miniMAX v podjetju Stanislava Repnik s.p.. Preučil sem cel postopek uvedbe rešitve, od problematike, ki je povzročila nakup nove rešitve pa do dejanske uvedbe ter vzdrževanje uvedene rešitve. Uvedba rešitve je bila uspešna, rešitev miniMAX pa se je izkazala za dostopno, zanesljivo in pregledno rešitev, ki jo je enostavno uporabljati.

Secondary abstract:	Good accounting information system is essential for the proper functioning of any accounting firm. Accounting solutions are changing just as rapidly as the information technology. Therefore the solutions that are not maintained by providers, quickly become outdated. This forces the users to look after new accounting solutions on the market. We have a lot of solutions to choose from, but this gives us a lot of chance to choose wrong too. Thats why we have to carefully examine our own company and our needs. So we can find a solution that meets our requirements. Then we must plan the implementation of solution. After we have implemented it, we also have to maitain it. In my graduate seminar i have researched the implementation of online accounting solution miniMAX in a company Stanislava Repnik s.p. The theoretical part describes the areas of accounting and electronic commerce, and the links between them. In particular, the impact of electronic commerce on the changes in accounting. In the practical part I have described the project of the implementation of online accounting solution miniMAX in a company Stanislava Repnik s.p.. I have studied the whole process of solution implementation. From the problem, that has caused the purchase of a new solution to the actual implementation and maintainance of a miniMAX solution. The implementation of the solution has been successful and miniMAX solution has proven to be affordable, reliable and transparent solution that is easy to use.
