Spremljanje načrtovanja in proizvodnje elementov montažnega objekta

Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje postopek načrtovanja in izdelave lesenega montažnega objekta v proizvodnem obratu enega od slovenskih proizvajalcev. Na začetku diplomskega dela bodo predstavljene montažne ter nizko-energijske in pasivne hiše, s katerimi večinoma povezujemo montažno gradnjo zaradi njihove dobre toplotne izolativnosti, ter lahke prilagoditve na izvedbo le-teh. V nadaljevanju bodo predstavljeni materiali, kateri se večinoma uporabljajo pri izdelavi konstrukcijskih elementov v proizvodnji. Materiale bomo predstavili predvsem glede na njihove lastnosti in glede na njihovo uporabo v montažni gradnji. V osrednjem delu diplomskega dela bomo predstavili in opisali načrtovanje in izdelavo montažnega objekta. Sestavljen je iz opisov tehnoloških procesov ter opisov izdelave objekta v proizvodnji. Ves proces načrtovanja in izdelave bo tudi pospremljen z načrti ter slikami dejanske izvedbe elementov.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma thesis describes the procedure of designing and manufacturing a timber prefabricated building in a production facility of one of the Slovenian manufacturers. The first part of the thesis presents prefabricated and low-energy and passive houses, with which prefabricated construction is most often associated with due to their good thermal insulation, and the light adjustment to such houses. The thesis then describes materials that are mainly used for manufacturing structural elements. The materials are presented mainly in terms if their properties and application in construction of prefabricated structures. The main part of the thesis describes the designing and manufacturing of a prefabricated building. It contains the descriptions of technological processes and descriptions of the manufacturing process of the building during production. The entire process of designing and manufacturing is also accompanied with designs and images of the completed structural elements.
