Abstract

Globalizacija in razvoj tehnologije sta sprožila reakcijo, s katero je postala trgovina izredno pomembna gospodarska panoga v zadnjih nekaj desetletjih. To je pripomoglo tudi k razvoju elektronskega nakupovanja, ki danes črta vse mednarodne meje in kupcu omogoča nakup iz domačega naslonjača. Še vedno ne smemo pozabiti, da je večji del dobička narejen v trgovinah, kjer je človeški dejavnik ključnega pomena za dosego zastavljenih ciljev. Skozi nalogo sem želela raziskati, ali je res kader tako pomemben člen pri doseganju rezultatov. Podrobneje sem se lotila tekstilnih trgovin, saj je v njih osebni stik s stranko resnično zelo pomemben. V zadnjih nekaj letih je gospodarska kriza pustila izreden pečat na mnogih trgovskih podjetjih. Predvsem se je dotaknila manjših trgovin, ki potrošniku niso mogle ponuditi boljših in ugodnejših cen. Večje multinacionalke so morale svojo vizijo osredotočiti na iskanje rešitve, kako stranko prepričati, da opravi nakup in jo hkrati obdržati v svojih prodajalnah kot rednega kupca. Tukaj so glavno vlogo prevzeli kadri, ki imajo v trgovinah prvi stik s stranko. Sama sem tudi zaposlena v veliki trgovski verigi, z raziskovalnim delom sem si osvežila že pridobljeno znanje in se hkrati naučila še kaj novega.

Secondary abstract: Globalization and technological developments initiated in the past few decades a reaction in which trade become an extremely important industry. It has also aid in development of electronic shopping, which is today deleting international borders and offers customers to make purchase from their home. Still we must not forget that a large part of the profit is made inside the stores, where a human factor is crucial in achieving goals. Through the thesis I wanted to research whether human resources are really so important in achieving those goals. In my thesis I focused on textile stores, where a personal contact with the customer is very important. In recent years, the economic crisis has left a remarkable mark on many trading enterprises. In particular, the crisis affected small stores that could not offer to their consumers better and cheaper prices. Large corporations had to focus their vision on finding a solution, how to convince customers to make purchase and also how to keep them in their stores as regular customers. Human resources became very important because they have the first contact with the customer. I am personally also employed in a large store chain, and through my research I have refreshed my knowledge and at the same time I have also learned
