Abstract

Čeprav pri gospodarski kriminaliteti naletimo na ogromno različnih definicij, ki jih različne stroke interpretirajo po svoje, pa o različnosti cilja ne moremo govoriti, saj je cilj le en. Ta cilj vodi vse posameznike ali pa večje organizacije k izpolnjevanju svojih lastnih interesov, da bi si na protipraven način pridobili in ustvarili profit. Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati kako uničujoč je gospodarski kriminal, da škoduje tako okolju kot družbi in da ruši moralne vrednote ljudstvu. Pobližje bomo spoznali organizacijo in delo ameriškega preiskovalnega urada – FBI, naštete in opisane pa bodo tudi najpogostejše pojavne oblike, kako odkrivajo in se soočajo z gospodarskim kriminalom. Predstavili bomo tudi delo nekaterih slovenskih institucij ter na koncu opredelili razlike med tema dvema organizacijama. Gospodarski kriminal s svojo pojavnostjo povzroča posameznikom, podjetjem ter državi vsako leto enormne finančne škode, pri tem pa moramo seveda upoštevati, da teh indirektnih škod pogosto ne moremo izmeriti v denarju. Tovrstna kazniva dejanja privedejo do povzročitve ogromne rasti nezaupanja ljudi v gospodarstvo in državo, zatorej je venomer potrebna predstavitev institucij v boju z gospodarskim kriminalom, da se z vsemi pokazanimi raziskavami in seveda vloženim trudom institucij pokaže ljudem vse dosežene rezultate ter da se s tem zopet dvigne njihova rast zaupanja v državo.

Secondary abstract: The economic crime has many of different definitions and different disciplines tend to define them in their own way. We are not able to speak about diversity, because there is only one goač. This goal guides all individuals or larger organizations to fulfil of their own interest, so they can gain or create their profit in a illegal way. This dissertation will show how devastating the economic crime is; that he harms such as enviroment as society and he is destroying the moral values of the people. We will take a closer at organization and work of American Bureau of Investigation known as FBI; there will also be listed and described will as the most common forms of how they detect and face with their economic crime. We will also introduce the work od some Slovenian institutions, and ultimately determine the differences between this two organizations. Economic crime with their causes individuals, companies and state each year enormous financial losses, but we have considered, however, that these indirect losses are often to measure out in money. Such offences can lead to inflict enormous growth od distrust of people in the economy and state, so it is always necessary to introduce representation of institutions in combating economic crime, that all the indicated research and of course efforts in institutions show people all the results achieved and, yes, so this could again raise their confidence in the growth of the country.
