Abstract

Magistrsko delo zajema kratek pregled stanja na področju virtualizacije obdelovalnih strojev, predstavitev frezalnega stroja, digitaliziranje le-tega, izdelavo kinematičnega modela, izgradnjo poprocesorjev ter izvedbo simulacij. V teoretičnem delu so opisani virtualni obdelovalni sistemi in stroji, simulacije, frezalni stroj LAKOS 150 G in poprocesiranje. V okviru praktičnega dela smo izvedli virtualizacijo namiznega rezkalnega stroja LAKOS 150 G. V tem delu smo opravili meritve stroja, digitaliziranje oziroma modeliranje in sestavo stroja v programskem paketu SolidWorks, obdelavo modela, izdelavo poprocesorja ter izvajanje simulacij pa smo izvedli v programskih paketih Siemens NX in EdgeCam. Skozi praktičen del je možno sledenje nalogi po korakih, ki nas vodi skozi celoten postopek virtualizacije stroja. Na koncu posameznega poglavja je predstavljena simulacija obdelave za izbrani testni primer.

Secondary title: An example of CNC machine tools modeling in virtual manufacturing systems
Secondary abstract: Master thesis deals with a brief overview of conditions in the field of machine tool virtualization, milling machine presentation, its digitalization, kinematic model production, postprocessor construction and simulation execution. Theoretical part presents virtual machine systems and tools, simulations, LAKOS 150 G milling machine and postprocessing. Practical part includes the execution of LAKOS 150 G table milling machine virtualization. We made machine measurements, digitalization or modelling and machine construction in the SolidWorks program package, model processing, postprocessor construction and executed simulations in the Siemens NX and Edgecam program packages. In the practical part man can follow each task step by step, which leads us through the whole machine virtualization process. At the end of each chapter simulation process for chosen test case is represented.
