Abstract

V diplomskem delu Omejevanje kriminalitete zlorabe drog sem pisal o zakonodajnih, zdravstvenih, socioloških ter institucionalnih bojih zoper kriminaliteto prepovedanih drog v Republiki Sloveniji in Zvezni republiki Nemčiji ter njuno primerjavo. Opisal sem stanje kriminalitete drog, ki zajema podatke o uživalcih ter podatke o rezultatih policijskih ukrepov. Poleg ukrepov represivnih organov obeh držav sem raziskal izvenvladne ter vladne prevencijske institucije, prav tako pa sem raziskal delovanje zdravstvenih ukrepov. V kratkem pregledu sta opisana tudi strategija Evropske unije za področje omejevanja kriminalitete prepovedanih drog ter delovanje Evropskega centra za spremljanje drog in zasvojenosti z drogami, kateri ima pregled nad članicami Evropske unije. Diplomsko delo je pregled nad sprejetimi ukrepi obeh držav pri omejevanju kriminalitete zlorabe drog. Zaradi mednarodne vključenosti obeh držav so zakoni, ter posledično akcijski načrti držav, diktirani pod okriljem Konvencije Združenih narodov. Dejansko stanje uradne statistike je zajeto v tabelah, ki navajajo zasežene količine prepovedanih drog in smrtne primere, ki so posledica uživanja drog ter število kaznivih dejanj, povezanih s prepovedanimi drogami.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis, crime control of drug abuse, I wrote about the legal, medical, sociological and institutional battles against drug crime in the Republic of Slovenia and in the Federal Republic of Germany and its comparison. I have described the state of drug crime, which includes information on clients, users, and information on the results of the police actions. In addition to measures of repressive authorities of both countries, I searched out a prevention programmes of governmental and non-governmental institutions, as well as explored the functioning of the health measures. A short review describes the strategy of the European Union in the field of drug crime and the operation of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction, which has an overview of the States of the European Union. Thesis is an overview of the measures taken by the two countries in curbing crime of drug abuse. Due to the international involvement of both countries laws and, consequently action plans have been dictated under the Convention of the United Nations. Facts of official statistics are included in the tables indicating the quantity of seized drugs and deaths caused by drug use and the number of offenses related to illicit drugs.
