Razvoj zdravilišča v Zrečah

Abstract

Zdraviliški turizem so poznali že stari Rimljani, zato ga lahko upravičeno uvrščamo med najstarejše oblike turizma. V slovenski turistični ponudbi predstavlja zelo pomemben segment. Letno ustvari namreč kar 1/3 vseh prenočitev v državi. Zaradi vse hitrejšega življenjskega tempa postaja skrb za zdravje človekova prioriteta. V Sloveniji imamo registriranih 15 naravnih zdravilišč, ki s svojo bogato turistično ponudbo privabljajo tako domače kot tudi tuje goste. Naravni zdravilni dejavniki, ki jih v zdraviliščih vključujejo v svojo ponudbo, odločilno vplivajo na zdravje ljudi. Občina Zreče je začela v 70 letih na veliko vlagati v razvoj turizma. Najprej na Rogli, nato tudi v dolini z razvojem zdravilišča. Danes se lahko pohvalijo z dvema velikima turističnima centroma: Roglo, kot s klimatskim zdraviliščem, in Termami Zreče, kjer sta glavna zdravilna dejavnika termalna voda in zrak. Med seboj sta centra oddaljena le pol ure vožnje in odlično dopolnjujeta turistični ponudbi. Z obema centroma upravlja delniška družba Unior, natančneje program Unior Turizem. Terme so začele z obratovanjem konec 70 let. Od takrat naprej venomer skrbijo za bogatitev turistične ponudbe, s katero privabljajo nove goste in obdržijo stare. Na začetku leta 2012 so kljub slabemu gospodarskemu stanju v državi odprli nov hotel, ki naj bi zadovoljil tudi zahtevnejše goste. Pomembna vloga, ob zdravstvenem turizmu, pripada tudi družinskim počitnicam ter pripravam in rehabilitaciji vrhunskih športnikov. Med gosti v Termah Zreče smo izvedli anketo o zadovoljstvu z opravljenimi storitvami. Z določenimi storitvami, ki so jih obiskali, so zadovoljni bistveno bolj kot z drugimi. Najbolj jih je razočaral animacijski program. Zanimalo nas je tudi, ali kažejo zanimanje za naravne in kulturne znamenitosti ter kako so zadovoljni z njihovo promocijo.

Secondary abstract:	Health tourism was known by the Ancient Romans therefore, it can be considered one of the oldest types of tourism. Since it creates one third of all room nights in the country, it is a very important segment of the Slovene tourist offer. Due to the increasingly rapid pace of life, health care is becoming everybody's priority. Slovenia has fifteen registered natural health resorts. Due to their rich tourist offer, they all attract local and foreign tourists. Natural therapeutic factors included in the offer of the health resorts, crucially impact people's health. Zreče municipality began with major investments in the tourism development in 1970s. The investments began in Rogla and continued in the valley with the development of a health resort. Today, they can be proud of two major tourist centres, namely Rogla climatic resort and Terme Zreče health resort. In the Terme Zreče health resort the two most important therapeutic factors are thermal water and air. Rogla climatic resort is just half an hour's drive from Zreče, therefore it is a perfect tourist complement to the Terme Zreče health resort. Both centres are managed by the tourism programme of the public limited company Unior. The Terme Zreče health resort was opened at the end of 1970s. Since then the enrichment of the tourist offer has been a constant care of the resort. That helps them attract new and keep old guests. Despite a difficult economic situation in the country, a new hotel for more demanding guests was opened in 2012. Beside the health tourism, an important part of the tourist offer is presented by family holidays and rehabilitation and trainings of athletes. A survey was carried out among the guests in the Terme Zreče health resort about their contentment with the services provided. The guests were much more content with certain activities than the others. The guests were the most disappointed at animation programme. The survey also included questions about guests' interest in natural and cultural sights, as well as their opinion about promotion of the sights.
