diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Kot glavni problem moderne družbe navajamo priseljevanje oziroma odseljevanje mlajše generacije v bolj razvite kraje.
Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu opisujemo, kaj mednarodne migracije so, kakšne so vrste in oblike, kakšni so tipi migrantov in kakšni dejavniki migracij obstajajo.
V drugem delu smo anketirali študente, ki imajo stalno prebivališče v občini Črnomelj in študente s stalnim prebivališčem v občini Kočevje.

MIGRATION AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE SOUTHEAST REGION |
Secondary abstract: |
Infrastructure development has made it possible for migration to become less of a problem. With younger generations migrating, less developed areas are losing qualified personnel. For this reason, the differences in the economic development of Slovenian regions are deepening even further. As the main problem of modern society we can state immigration or emigration of younger generation to more developed areas.
We divided our diploma into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part defines international migrations, their types and forms, types of migrants and factors influencing migrations. Additionally, we present how migrations have changed over time in Slovenian region and other European countries and what are their consequences. Furthermore, we focused on the Southeastern statistical region, where we investigated the situation of migrations and the market situation. This means, the number of foreigners coming and going, the unemployment rate and young people's possibilities when integrating into the market.
In the second part, we interviewed students who have their residence in the municipality of Črnomelj or Kočevje. We investigated why migrations occur, students employment possibilities, what is important for employment, in which city are they educating themselves, their intentions after studies, how far are they willing to drive to work and whether they will migrate from their residence city due to lack of employment possibilities.
When we compared the two municipalities, we found out that differences do exist. In both of them, the cause of daily migrations is education and students are aware that work experiences count most when searching for employment. Regardless, they will continue with their studies after graduating. In both municipalities employment possibilities are scarce, but students from Črnomelj region will migrate to a greater extent than students from Kočevje. The former are daily willing to drive further to their workplace. Also, the city where they educate themselves differs; students from Črnomelj mostly go to school in Novo mesto and students from Kočevje in Ljubljana. |
