Abstract

Internacionalni projekti se morda slišijo kot privlačna naložba, pa vendar takšni projekti običajno zvišajo stopnjo rizika in negotovosti. Mednarodno poslovanje zato zahteva lastnike, ki bodo znali oceniti pester nabor političnih, geografskih, ekonomskih, okoljskih, pravnih in kulturnih faktorjev tveganja pri razmišljanju o mednarodnih projektih. Prihodnost projekta, ni diktirana z okoliščinami, temveč z obvladovanjem.

Secondary abstract: International projects may sound like an attractive investment, but such projects usually increase level of risk and uncertainty. Working on an international level requires a diverse set of political, geographic, economic, environmental, legal, and cultural risk factors and therefore managers of project have to decide whether to take such project and how to distribute the work and expense. The project future it is not dictated by the circumstances, but by management.
