Abstract

V magistrskem delu so obravnavane osnovne funkcije pokojninskih skladov. Predstavljene so osnovne lastnosti teorije verjetnosti, ki so potrebne za lažje razumevanje nadaljnje vsebine. Opisana je teorija pokojninskih sistemov, kjer so obrazloženi v nadaljevanju uporabljeni pojmi. Opredeljeno je vrednotenje prihodkov in prispevkov za dve obliki pokojninskih načrtov. To sta pokojninski načrt z vnaprej določenimi prihodki in pokojninski načrt z vnaprej določenimi prispevki. V magistrskem delu je predstavljen model pokojninskih skladov, ki temelji na načrtu z vnaprej določenimi prihodki in se osredotoča na prihodke ob starostni upokojitvi. Obravnavane so osnovne funkcije pokojninskih načrtov upokojenih in aktivnih udeležencev.

Secondary title: Mathematical model of pension funding
Secondary abstract: The Master's thesis deals with the basic functions of pension funding. The basic properties of probability theory which are necessary for better understanding of further contents are introduced. The thesis includes a description of the theory of pension systems and an explanation of concepts. Moreover, in this Master's thesis valuation of incomes and contributions in two forms of pension plans are defined, which are the defined benefit plan and the defined contribution plan. The model for pension funds based on the defined benefit plan is introduced and focused on retired income benefits. The basic functions of pension plans for the retired and the active participants is discussed. Individual and group actuarial cost methods which allow calculations according to individual participants or group of participants are defined. The combination of functions for retired and active participants is shown.
