Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je bila validacija analizne metode za določanje mineralnih olj v tleh in odpadkih s plinsko kromatografijo. Ogljikovodike smo določali po mednarodnem standardu ISO 16703:2004 z naslovom Kakovost tal – Določevanje ogljikovodikov v območju C10-C40 s plinsko kromatografijo. Meritve smo izvajali s pomočjo plinskega kromatografa Agilent Technologies GC 7890 s plamensko ionizacijskim detektorjem. Izvedli smo validacijo, pri kateri smo preizkusili linearnost metode, preverili točnost, določili LOD in LOQ, delovno območje, ponovljivost in obnovljivost. Na realnih vzorcih tal smo izmerili takšne koncentracije ogljikovodikov, ki spadajo med mejno in opozorilno vrednostjo mineralnih olj v tleh, kar pomeni, da so tla od koder so vzeti vzorci še vedno primerna za pridelavo rastlin namenjenih prehrani, saj ne presegajo kritične vrednosti.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the thesis was the validation of the analytical method for the determination of mineral oil in soil and waste, by gas chromatography. Hydrocarbons were determined according to the international standard ISO 16703:2004 entitled Soil quality - Determination of hydrocarbons in the range C10-C40 by gas chromatography. The measurements were performed using a gas chromatograph Agilent Technologies 7890 GC with flame ionization detector. We performed the validation in which we tested the linearity of the method, we verified the accuracy, determined the LOD and LOQ, working range, repeatability and reproducibility. On real soil samples, such concentrations of hydrocarbons were measured, that mature between the border and the alerted value of mineral oil in the ground, which means that the soil from which the samples were taken is still suitable for growing crops for human, as it does not exceed the critical value.
