Abstract

Za delovanje vsake organizacije je pomembno, kakšni so njeni zaposleni, saj ima lahko izbira napačnega sodelavca negativne posledice na njeno poslovanje in delovno klimo. Na trgu dela je veliko iskalcev zaposlitve, ki se potegujejo za posamezno delovno mesto, naloga delodajalca pa je, da izbere najprimernejšega. V ta namen je pomembno, da je selekcijski postopek izpeljan natančno in premišljeno. Razlogi in kriteriji na podlagi katerih se delodajalec odloči za izbor določenega kandidata so različni. Poznavanje miselnosti delodajalca v selekcijskem postopku pa so izredno koristne informacije, ki lahko iskalcu zaposlitve zelo pomagajo pri iskanju zaposlitve. Magistrsko delo vsebuje predstavitev postopka selekcije pri izbiri novo zaposlenih na podlagi javne objave, v primeru, ko kandidat še ni v naprej znan. Izvedli smo tudi raziskavo, s katero smo želeli pridobiti vpogled v način razmišljanja iskalcev zaposlitve na področju selekcijskega postopka. Rezultati so pokazali, da je razmišljanje oseb v določenih primerih podobno, pri določenih drugih vprašanjih pa se mnenja razhajajo.

Secondary title: Selection process of new employees from job seekers point of view
Secondary abstract: It is important for any organization, what kind of employees it has, because wrong choice of employees can have a negative impact on business and working atmosphere. The labour market contains many job seekers, who compete for employment and employer has a responsibility to choose the most appropriate candidate. Therefore it is important that the selection process is made precisely and thoughtfully. Reasons why employer decides to select a particular candidate are different. To know employer's thinking in selection process is a very useful information that can help a job seeker to find employment. Master's thesis presents selection process of new employees, when employer doesn't have a known candidate yet. We also made a research to find out, what job seekers think about the selection process. The results have shown that job seekers somethimes think similarly and in some other cases their opinion is different.
