Abstract

Dojenje je komunikacija med materjo in otrokom, je veliko več kot samo hranjenje. Je naravna metoda hranjenja otroka, je nekaj najlepšega in nujnega. Vendar polno dojenje otroka ni tako preprosto doseči, kot se sliši. V vseh porodnišnicah, pediatričnih in podobnih ustanovah, najdemo plakate o prednostih dojenja, zakaj dojiti in podobno. Nikjer pa ni moč zaslediti plakata, kako dojenje vzpostaviti in kako ravnati ob težavah. Namen diplomskega dela je bil predstaviti dojenje in začetne težave, ki se pojavijo bodisi pri materi ali otroku.

Secondary abstract:	This dissertation will present initial problems at breastfeeding, that show up at mothers and their infants. Dissertation is splitted on two parts, one is theoretical and the other one is empirical Theoretical part describes initial problems at breastfeeding and preventive health/education work. Empirical part describes a study on the case of an infant and mother who is breastfeeding her. We gathered data by talking to a breastfeeding mother and a nurse. By gathered information we concluded nursing diagnoses, built the nursing plan, described implementation nursing interventions and at the end we valued the whole process of nursing.
