Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova in realizacija krmiljenja hidravlične pregibne nakladalne mize. Uporabili smo že izdelane in cenovno zelo ugodne komponente in zgradili krmilni sistem na bazi mikrokrmilniške razvojne platforme ARDUINO. Izdelali smo preprosto simulacijsko okolje, ki v popolnosti simulira hidravlično pregibno nakladalno mizo. Z izdelavo slednje smo zamenjali klasično elektronsko vezje, ki je strogo namensko. Prilagodili smo se tržišču in našli sklope ter programska okolja , ki omogočajo nižje stroške izdelave in s tem večjo konkurenčnost na tržišču. Uporabili smo grafični prikazovalnik na tekoče kristale občutljiv na dotik s katerim krmilimo hidravlično pregibno nakladalno mizo in prikazujemo gibe ter napake. Pred sklepnimi ugotovitvami je bilo primerno omeniti alternativne sisteme. Namen tega dela je utemeljiti zamenjavo obstoječega strogo namenskega elektronskega krmilnega sklopa z bolj fleksibilnim mikrokrmilniško vodenim krmilnim sistemom ter potrditi, da lahko slednji uspešno zamenja obstoječi sistem.

Secondary abstract: Diploma work presents design and realization of the hydraulic dock leveler with hinged lip. We used already made and low-cost components and built control system based on microcontroller delopment platform ARDUINO. We have built a simple simulation environment that filly simulates the hidraulicdock leveler with hinged lip. By making the letter we replaced conventional electronic circuitry that is strictly dedicated. We have adopted to the market and found assembly and programming environments, that enable lower manufacturing costs and with that greater competitiveness on market. We have used graphical liquid crystal display sensitive on touch with witch we control the hydraulic dock leveler with hinged lip, display moves and errors. Before the conclusion, it was appropriate to mention the alternative systems. The purpose of this work is to justify the replacement of the existing strictly dedicated electronic control unit with a more flexible microcontroller controlled system and concluding that the latter can successfully replace the existing system.
