Abstract

Elektronsko poslovanje zajema tehnične, tehnološke, ekonomske, pravne in organizacijske vidike. Definiramo ga lahko kot poslovanje s pomočjo interneta, ki omogoča distribucijo, trženje, prodajo ali dobavo blaga in storitev z elektronskimi sredstvi. Majhna podjetja si težje privoščijo lastne rešitve, temelječe na sodobni računalniški in telekomunikacijski opremi, zaradi pomanjkanja ustrezno usposobljenega kadra ali pomanjkanja finančnih sredstev. Elementa elektronskega poslovanja sta elektronsko arhiviranje in elektronsko bančništvo (vključno z elektronskim računom), ki sta proučevana na primeru podjetja Opti - Com d.o.o. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil opredeliti omenjena elementa poslovanja, njuno vlogo in pomen za majhna podjetja ter njuno konkretno uporabo v podjetju Opti – Com d.o.o. Na podlagi kritične analize optimalnosti uporabe elektronskega poslovanja smo ugotovili, da ima podjetje dobro vzpostavljen sistem elektronskonskega arhiviranja, ki ga odlikujejo visoka varnost, zanesljivost in nadgradljivost. Elektronsko bančništvo je urejeno v okviru družine programskih izdelkov Hal E-Bank, kar zagotavlja celovito in učinkovito rešitev. Na podlagi omenjenih ugotovitev lahko zaključimo, da podjetje večjih posegov v strategijo elektronskega arhiviranja in uvajanja elektronskega računa ne potrebuje.

Secondary abstract: Term electronic commerce includes technical, technological, economical, legal and organizational aspects. It can be defined as commerce with the help of internet, which enables distribution, marketing, sale or delivery of goods or services via electronic devices. Small companies have difficulties acquiring own solutions based on contemporary computer and telecommunication equipment due to lack of appropriately qualified employees or lack of financial resources. Electronic archiving and electronic banking (including electronic account) are elements of electronic commerce, which were studied in the case of Opti – Com d.o.o. company. Goal of graduate work was to to define mentined elements of commerce, their role and importance for small companies in general and their actual use in the Opti – Com d.o.o. company. We can, on the basis of critical analysis of optimal use of electronic commerce, conlude that the company has a good system of electronic archiving, which is distinguished by high securtiy, reliability and upgradability. Electronic banking is provided via family of program products Hal E-Bank, which enable holistic and efficient solution. Based on the aforementioned findings we can conclude, that the company does not need major interventions in the strategy of electronic archiving and launching of electronic account.
