Abstract

V podjetju, kjer sem opravljal strokovno prakso, je bilo potrebno modificirati obstoječo dvižno mizo. Obstoječa dvižna miza je bila namenjena za dvig bremena mase 500 kg, vendar je imela nekatere konstrukcijske napake. Pri ponovnem konstruiranju je bilo potrebno povečati nosilnost dvižne mize na 800 kg in odpraviti konstrukcijske napake kritičnih delov. Za modificirano dvižno mizo smo preračunali samo kritične dele oz. izvedli dimenzioniranje nosilnih presekov. V diplomski nalogi smo s pomočjo računalniškega modela dokazali, da je dvižna miza zmožna prenašati breme 800 kg, brez prekomernega zvijanja in upogibanja konstrukcije. Izdelali smo 3-D model dvižne mize v programu Solid Edge in pripadajočo tehnično dokumentacijo.

Secondary abstract: In the company where I had practical training, the existing lift table had to be modified. The existing one with the lift capacity of 500 kg had some design drawbacks. When reconstructing the lift table, it was necessary to increase the load capacity to 800 kg and eliminate the design errors of critical parts. For the modified lift table only critical parts were recalculated and a cross-sectional design of the carriers was carried out. In this diploma work we used a computer model to prove that the lift table was capable of raising a burden of 800 kg, without excessive bending and flexing of the structure. A 3D model of the lift table was created in the Solid Edge program with associated technical documentation.
