diplomsko delo
Abstract
V diplomskem delu bom predstavil proces izdelave plinske peči. Prikazal bom, kako poteka nabava materiala pri tako veliki konstrukciji, kako ta material določimo in ga naročimo. Prikazal bom načine kako material obdelujemo oz. ga predpripravimo. Povzel bom proizvodnjo posameznih delov peči, kako jih sestavljamo in na kaj moramo biti pri tem še posebej pozorni. Za lažjo predstavitev problema bom v nalogi uporabil „Value Stream Mapping“ metodo. Ta metoda se uporablja za analizo in oblikovanje pretoka gradiv in informacij, potrebnih za izpolnitev naročila, oz. za prikaz poti od prejema naročila do izdelave končnega izdelka oz. do predaje končnega izdelka kupcu.

Process design of gas furnace for heat treatment of metals |
Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis I present the process of making gas furnace. I will show you how to purchase the material with such a large structure, how to determine and order it. I will also show you ways to prepare and process the material. I will summarize the production of furnace's individual parts, how to assemble them and to what should we pay special attention. I used the "Value Stream Mapping" method to introduce the problem in my thesis. This method is used to analyze and design the flow of materials and information, that are necessary to complete an order, and shows the entire path from getting an order to producing the final product and delivering it to the customer. |
