Abstract
Timsko delo je eden od glavnih dejavnikov, ki je pomemben za uspeh podjetij. Vsak tim je sestavljen iz raznolikih članov oziroma posameznikov, ki s svojimi idejami in rešitvami spodbujajo k večji inovativnosti in razvoju podjetij. Vsak član tima igra svojo vlogo v timu. Zato je zelo pomembno, kakšni so medsebojni odnosi ter kakšna je komunikacija med posameznimi člani. S tem se izognejo konfliktom znotraj tima. Kar pa ta lahko predstavlja velik problem v timu.
V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo teoretično predstavili, kaj pravzaprav je timsko delo, vloge timskega dela, kako je timsko delo sestavljeno, zakaj namreč pride do konflikta, kakšno je timsko komuniciranje. Opredelili smo cilje diplomske naloge.
V drugem empiričnem delu je bil poudarek na raziskavi o timskem delu v podjetju X. Kjer smo s pomočjo ankete podrobno raziskali o timskem delu v podjetju. V raziskovalni anketi smo dali poudarek na učinkovitost timskega dela. Dobljene rezultate smo uporabili za odgovore na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja, kjer smo testirali hipoteze na izbrane trditve glede na spol. V zaključku smo strnili najpomembnejše ugotovitve celotne diplomske naloge.

Teamwork is one of the main factors, which is important for the success of the enterprise. Each team is consists from diverse members or individuals with their own ideas and solutions to promote greater innovation and development. Each team member plays his role in a team. Therefore, it is very important what the mutual relations are and what is the communication between individual members. This is to avoid conflicts within the team. As this can be a major problem in the team.
In the first part of the diploma thesis we have present the theory, what exactly is the teamwork, the role of teamwork, how teamwork consists, why there is a conflict, what is the team communication. We defined the objectives of the diploma thesis.
In the second empirical part the focus was on the research of teamwork in the company X. Where we were by using the survey investigated in depth about teamwork in the company. The research survey, we focused on the effectiveness of teamwork. The results obtained were used to answer the research questions, where were tested the hypothesis on selected arguments based on gender. In conclusion, we summarized the main findings of the entire thesis. |
