Abstract

O športu in športni dejavnosti se vsakodnevno veliko piše, vendar nam to področje ponuja še veliko vprašanj. Nenehni razvoj le-tega sili nekatere vede, da izkažejo pozornost tudi temu področju. Športa ne smemo ocenjevati le skozi okvirje vrhunske športne ustvarjalnosti, temveč tudi kot splošne kulturne vrednote, ki jih ustvarjajo ljudje, združeni v športne organizacije. Več kot polovica prebivalstva Slovenije se ukvarja s športom na vseh ravneh, zato nas ne sme presenetiti podatek, da imamo v Sloveniji registriranih več kot 8.000 različnih športnih društev. Pomembno je, da posebno pozornost namenimo upravljanju človeških virov v teh organizacijah. Športne organizacije so kot živ organizem, ki se nenehno spreminjajo zaradi zunanjih in notranjih dejavnikov. Nosilci sprememb v športnih organizacijah so predvsem njihovi člani. Pri sprejemanju odločitev, posredovanju nalog ter izvajanju in nadziranju prihaja do različnih odnosov med vpletenimi, bodisi ko gre za upravljanje s strokovnimi delavci v športu, s poklici povezanimi s športom ali pa le za upravljanje prostovoljnega dela v športni organizaciji.

Secondary title: Human resource management in sport organizations
Secondary abstract: Sport and sports activities daily writes a lot, but to us this area offers a lot of questions. Continuous development of this emergency studies show attention to this area. Sport should not be assessed only through the frame top sports creativity, but also as a general cultural values created by people united in sport organizations. More than half of Slovenia's population is engaged in sport at all levels, so we should not be surprised by the fact that in Slovenia we have registered more than 8,000 various sports clubs. It is important to pay special attention to human resource management in these organizations. Sports organizations are like a living organism that is constantly changing due to external and internal factors. Agents of change in sports organizations are also mostly their members. In decision-making, mediation tasks, implementation and monitoring leads to different relationships between those involved, either when it comes to management professionals in the sport, with occupations related to sport or just for the management of voluntary work in sports organization.
