Abstract
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo preučevali teorijo o zvoku in hrupu. Poglobili smo se v lastnosti hrupa in proučili, kako hrup vpliva na človeka. Osredotočili smo se na hrup v delovnem okolju. V empiričnem delu smo najprej proučili že dane raziskave, ki so bile opravljene v podjetju in v okolici podjetja. Raziskave so bile opravljene leta 2008 s strani pooblaščenih oseb. Podjetje Acroni d.o.o. naroča raziskave vsakih nekaj let. Mi smo proučevali obrat Predelava debele pločevine Javornik. V tem obratu je trenutno zaposlenih 196 delavcev. Zaposleni delajo na 4 izmenske načine. V vsaki izmeni je približno 49 ljudi, katere nadzoruje vodja izmene. V obratu je približno 54 delovnih mest. Ta delovna mesta smo zaradi lažje obdelave podatkov in velike podobnosti dela, skrčili na 10 delovnih mest. Najnižji izmerjen nivo hrupa je bil na delovnem mestu operater peskarsko lakirne linije 62,5 dBA in najvišji na delovnem mestu prvi tehtalec 96,35 dBA. Ugotovili smo, da na veliko delovnih mestih nivo hrupa ne ustreza Pravilniku o varovanju delavcev pred tveganji zaradi izpostavljenosti hrupa pri delu.

The dissertation is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In theoretical part we are looking into theory of sound and noise. We immersed into characteristics of noise and looked into how noise can influence a person. We focused on noise within the working environment. First we looked into already given researches within empirical work that were finished in company and near company. Researches were carried out by authorized people in year 2008. Company Acroni is ordering such researches every few years. We were studying unit Processing of fat sheet metal Javornik. 196 employees are working in this unit at the moment. Employees work on 4 shift mode. Approximately 49 people are in each shift that is supervised by controller of the shift. In this unit there are 54 working places. These working places are reduced to 10 positions because of strong similarity and easier data processing. Lowest measured level of noise was on position operator blasting in painting lines 62,5 dBA and highest on position first weigher 96,35 dBA. We found out that the level of noise does not correspond to the Regulation on the protection of workers from risks related to exposure to noise at work |
