Abstract

Za uspešno poslovanje organizacije in njen obstoj na današnjem velikem tržišču sta dejavnika interno komuniciranje in dobri medosebni odnosi izjemnega pomena. Vemo, da je komunikacija bistvenega pomena, saj na ta način vzpostavljamo odnose, izmenjujemo informacije, izkušnje, podajamo nove ideje ter s tem stremimo k poslovni uspešnosti. V organizaciji pa je prav tako pomembno, da so zaposleni zadovoljni, kajti le tako prispevajo k večji učinkovitosti organizacije. Vemo tudi, da pogosto prihaja do nesporazumov oz. konfliktov v organizaciji, katerih posledice lahko privedejo do slabih medosebnih odnosov, poslabšanja učinkovitosti delavcev, slabše usmerjenosti delavcev k delovnim rezultatom, kar posledično lahko privede do nedoseganja cilja oziroma slabega uspeha organizacije. Reševanje konfliktov je torej izjemnega pomena, saj sta komunikacija in podajanje idej neizogibna; pripeljeta lahko do pozitivnih sprememb v organizaciji.

Secondary abstract: A decisive factors to succeed and keep succeeding in today's market are the internal communication and superior inter-staff relations. Good communication is vital, existential even, as we establish new connections, exchange of information and experience: giving birth to new ideas and business success. Yet often a company also experiences conflicts and misunderstandings, which can have a negative connotation as of inter-staff relations, deterioration of staff effectiveness and consequently a bad business result. Therefore solving the before-mentioned difficulties can have a positive influence on the success of a company.
