Abstract

Za vsako uspešno delo je pomembna vztrajnost, ki je predvsem odvisna od posameznikove motivacije. Če posameznik za nek cilj ne bo motiviran, ga bo zelo težko dosegel. Tako lahko sklepamo, da je motivacija ključna v vsakdanjem življenju. V današnjem času, ki prinaša vsakodnevne spremembe na trgu, pa je ključnega pomena za vsakega posameznika tudi stalno izobraževanje, brez katerega se ne moremo razvijati ter slediti spremembam. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili motivacijo za izobraževanje v podjetju Lomas d.o.o. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo v prvem sklopu opredelili pojem izobraževanje, oblike in metode izobraževanj, ovire pri izobraževanju ter izobraževanje odraslih. V drugem sklopu pa smo predstavili pojem motivacija, pregledali motivacijske dejavnike, glavne motive ter glavne težave, ki nastopajo pri motiviranju. V raziskovalnem delu smo najprej predstavili podjetje Lomas d.o.o., v katerem smo med zaposlenimi izvedli raziskavo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. S pomočjo raziskave smo želeli ugotoviti, ali bi si zaposleni želeli bolj pogostega izobraževanja v okviru podjetja, katerih oblik izobraževanja se zaposleni najpogosteje udeležujejo, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki zaposlene motivirajo za izobraževanje ter kateri dejavniki so tisti, ki zaposlene ovirajo pri tem, da bi se odločili za izobraževanje.

Secondary abstract: There is a persistence needed for every success in your work. This persistence is mainly depended on the individual's motivation. If an individual isn't motivated, he would reach a goal very difficulty. Therefore we can assume that motivation is crucial in everyday life. Nowadays with daily changes in the market, there is an education crucial for each individual. Without educating we can not develop and track to all the changes. There is a motivation for educating in the company Lomas Ltd. presented in my thesis. Thesis consists of theory and research. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we first defined the meaning of educating, its forms and methods, all the barriers made during the educating and educating of adults. In the second part, we focused on the concept of motivation, examined its factors, main motives and problems occured during motivation. In the resarch part of the thesis, we first presented the company Lomas Ltd., in which we condacted a survey among employees using a questionnaire. Through the research, we wanted to find out if the employees want more frequent educating within the company, what are there frequent forms of educating, what are the motivation and the hinder factors for educating.
