Abstract

Debelost je bolezen, ki s sabo prinaša resne spremljajoče bolezni. V zadnjih desetletjih je število obolelih za debelostjo izrazito naraslo. Vzrok povečanemu številu ljudi s prekomerno telesno težo je predvsem industrializacija. Obsežna ponudba prehranskih izdelkov nizke kakovosti, vendar visoke energijske vrednosti in razvoj transporta, so glavni vzroki sodobne pošasti. S pomočjo opisane debelosti, zdrave prehrane in telesne dejavnosti ter predstavljenimi rezultati študije primera, bomo lažje razumeli, kako lahko s preprostimi spremembami v življenjskem slogu obvladamo prekomerno telesno težo.

Secondary abstract: Obesity is a disease that brings along serious comorbidities. In the last decade the number of pacients has meaningly grown. The cause of enlarged number of people with overweight is mostly industrialization. An extensive offer of nutrition products with low quality but high energy value and evolution of transport are main causes to contemporary monster. The write-up on obesity, healthy nutrition, physical activity and the results we got from a case study will help us understand how to overcome overweight with a simple changes in our lifestile.
