diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management informacijskih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu so predstavljene rešitve elektronskega naročanja širokopasovnih storitev, to pa so dostop do interneta, telefonija (VoIP) in TV (IPTV) ter druge storitve, ki se ponujajo na omrežju IP. Rešitve so predstavljene na primeru podjetja Telekom Slovenije, d. d., kjer je avtor tudi zaposlen. V nalogi je predstavljena rešitev za elektronsko sklenitev naročniškega razmerja za novi širokopasovni priključek od preverjanja, ali je na določeni lokaciji izgradnja priključka sploh mogoča in po kateri tehnologiji, do elektronskega naročanja telekomunikacijskih storitev oziroma spremembe teh storitev na obstoječem priključku.
Z napredkom tehnologije, novimi metodami e-poslovanja in zadostnim številom strokovno kompetentnih ljudi v podjetju Telekom Slovenije, d. d., bomo omenjeno rešitev poskusili na novo postaviti. Nadgradili bomo obstoječe sisteme, da stranki pri naročanju telekomunikacijskih storitev ne bi bilo treba obiskati telekomunikacijskega centra, naročeno opremo in storitve pa bi lahko začela čim hitreje uporabljati.

The purpose of this diploma's task is to present the solution of electronically subscribing of broadband services which are the internet access, telephony (VoIP) and TV (IPTV) in accordance with protocol IP and other services which are available on online IP. We are going to present the solution in the case of the company Telekom Slovenije d. d., ( further TS) where I am also employed. In the task we are going to present the solution for electronically conclude of a subscription relationship for a new broadband connection. There must be done the checking if it is possible to make a connection at certain location and in what technology. We are also going to present the electronically subscription of telecommunications services or the changes of services on the already existed connection.
With the progress of technology, new methods of online-business and because there are enough professionally competent people in the company Telekom Slovenije d. d., we would like to try to set the given solution a new and to upgrade the existed systems in this way that the customer will not have to visit the telecommunication centre when subscribing its services. At the same time the customer will be able to use the ordered equipment and services as soon as possible. |
