Abstract
Namen magistrske naloge je spoznati, približati in preučiti uporabo družbenih omrežij za namen komuniciranja v relaciji profesor – študent in obratno, ter relaciji študent – študent. Uporaba družbenih omrežij je v Sloveniji in tudi drugod po svetu v velikem razmahu, in njihova uporaba nas spremlja že skoraj na vsakem koraku. Slovenske literature na to temo skoraj da ni, je pa zato na voljo nekaj tuje literature, ki smo jo uporabili. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo predstavili teoretična izhodišča delovanja družbenih omrežij, njihovo vpletenost v življenje, po bližje pa bomo spoznali tudi nekatera najbolj priljubljena omrežja. V drugem, praktičnem delu bomo spoznali dejansko stanje in dogajanje na družbenih omrežjih, kjer sta prisotni študijski smeri Elektronsko poslovanje in Management informatike in elektronskega poslovanja, ki ju izvaja katedra za e-poslovanje.
V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili zgodovino družbenih omrežij in njihovih zametkov ter obravnavali splošni pregled in delovanje le teh. Podrobneje smo obravnavali Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Google+, blog, wiki, podcast ter forum. Dotaknili smo se tudi teme komuniciranja preko družbenih omrežij, Martinških dejavnosti in odnosa z javnostjo. Poslužili smo se domače in več tuje literature, saj večina slovenskih avtorjev povzema tujce, ter temo obogati s slovenskimi primeri. Podali smo izhodišča uporabe, splošne usmeritve in predloge.
V drugem delu magistrske naloge smo ta teoretična izhodišča primerjali z praktično prisotnostjo študijskih smeri na družbenih omrežjih. Tako smo preverili, kako poteka komuniciranje preko naštetih družbenih omrežij, kakšne so priložnosti ter nevarnosti in zakonske podlage. Podali smo predloge in možne rešitve. Prav tako pa smo pogledali katera druga omrežja še obstajajo, a jih nismo posebej predstavljali. Na kratko smo opisali njihov namen in ponujene možnosti posameznega omrežja.
Obravnavana tema je odziv na vsesplošno uporabo družbenih omrežij, ki nas vsakodnevno spremljajo na vsakem koraku. Razumevanje družbenih omrežij in spoznanje, da se za njimi skriva več, kot pa samo povezovanje in igranje iger, je tisto, kar lahko pripomore k popolnemu izkoristku potenciala, ki nam je na voljo.

My master’s thesis is aimed at researching and perceiving the social network usage for the purpose of the communication between a professor and a student and vice versa, as well as the communication among students. The social networks are increasingly being used in Slovenia as well as all around the world and are present everywhere. However, the Slovenian theoretical literature does not exist; on the other hand we have used some foreign literature. The first, theoretical part comprises the theoretical starting points of the social network usage and its presence in our daily life. Moreover, the most popular sites are presented. The second, practical part consists of the presentation of real situation and events on the social network sites where the study programmes of E-business and Information Technology and E-business Management (E-business department) are present.
The theoretical part comprises the social network history and its beginning as well as a general overview and the operation of the following social networks: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Google+, blog, wiki, podcast and forum. In addition, we have researched social network communication, marketing activities and public relations. We have used the Slovenian and more foreign literature because most Slovenian authors quote foreign authors; however we have enriched the theory with Slovenian examples of practice. Furthermore, usage, general guidance and suggestions have been presented.
In the second part of my master’s thesis these theoretical starting points have been compared with the practical presence of the above mentioned study programmes in social networks. That is how we have checked the course of communication through the above mentioned social networks, the opportunities and danger as well as the legal basis and presented our suggestions and possible solutions. Moreover, we have checked which other networks exist, however, we have not presented them in detail; we have just described their aim and alternatives of each network.
Dealing with this topic has resulted from the general usage of social networks accompanying us in everyday life. Understanding the social networks and recognizing that not just playing games and connecting is hiding behind this topic, is what can contribute to the total profitable use of potentials being at our disposal. |
