diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
Zelo pomembno je, da ima podjetje uspešne vodje, da imajo svoj stil vodenja, ki jim pomaga izpolniti delovne naloge in s tem doseči uspeh. Vodja mora dodeljevati naloge zaposlenim, jim pomagati pri nastalih težavah in jim omogočiti zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu. Povezanost v timih pa je ključnega pomena.
Cilj diplomske naloge je spoznati različne stile vodenja, pojem vodenje, kakšno vodenje prevladuje in kako so zaposleni zadovoljni s stilom vodenja v družbi Kostak Krško, d. d. Samo zadovoljen zaposleni delavec je lahko popolnoma predan svojemu delu in ga tudi z veseljem opravlja.
Vodenje naj bi pomenilo odnos med zaposlenim in vodjo, pri katerem vodja dodeli delo zaposlenim, zaposleni pa ga poskušajo po navodilih vodje opraviti. Zelo pomembno je, da so na delovnem mestu dobri delovni odnosi, da ni sporov, da zaposleni z veseljem opravljajo svoje delo.
V empiričnem delu bom ugotovila, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni s svojim delom na delovnem mestu, kakšen stil vodenja prevladuje in ali obstaja povezanost med stilom vodenja in zadovoljstvom zaposlenih.

It is of utmost importance for the company to hire successful managers who perform tasks and succeed in utilising a proper management style. A manager assigns tasks, helps solving problems and enhances employee satisfaction.
The aim of this diploma work is to recognize different management styles, the concept of management, the prevailing management style and job satisfaction of the Kostak, d.d., employees. Only a satisfied worker is committed and successful.
Managing means a manager-employee relationship. The manager assigns work, and employees carry it out in compliance with the instructions. Open communication, trust and positive, conflict-free work environment lead to a good working relationship.
In the empirical part of the paper, I will tackle the question of job satisfaction and the prevailing management style. I will attempt to answer if there is a connection between the management style and job satisfaction. |
