diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management poslovnih in delovnih sistemov

Abstract

V začetku leta 2013 smo se v podjetju GKN Driveline odločili izboljšati pregled in statistični nadzorov procesov oz. ročnega izpolnjevanja kart x ̅-R. Na prvem sestanku in med zasnovo projekta, ki sta vključevala tehnologa za izdelek tripoda, vodjo kakovosti, vodjo za stalne izboljšave, vodjo proizvodne celice tripode, vodjo oddelka za merjenje in umerjanje ter vodjo informatike, in smo se odločili za pilotno celico tripode ter soglašali s postavitvijo digitalnih merilnih ur na šestih kontrolnih mestih strojev Emag, prav tako smo soglašali tudi z uvedbo računalniškega nadzora procesa s programsko opremo GausSPC. Na teh merilnih mestih so bila izvedena izobraževanja o uporabi merilnih ur in uporabi programske opreme GausSPC. Izobraževanja so bila organizirana za tehnike kakovosti, merilce, preddelavce in upravljavce. Med izobraževanjem je bilo treba pripraviti navodila za delo, določiti skrbnika in nastaviti pravice v programu GausSPC. V diplomski nalogi se praktični del osredotoča na reševanje trenutnega stanja na strojih Emag v proizvodni celici izdelave tripode. V nalogi je predstavljeno tudi trenutno stanje procesa in različne možnosti izboljšav. Predstavljena je analiza časa procesa, stroški realizacije celotnega projekta in zanesljivost avtomatizacije pri izvajanju kontrole izdelka s SPC. Opravljeni so tudi intervjuji z vsemi udeleženci v proučevanem procesu in pridobljene so informacije za pripravo predlogov za izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: At the beginning of 2013, GKN Driveline has decided to improve the overview of processes as well as statistical process control, that is the manual filling out of x ̅-R variable control charts. During the initial meeting, which included the tripod joint technician, head of quality, head of continuous improvements, head of tripod production, head of measuring and calibration and head of IT , it was decided to undertake the pilot production of tripod joints as well as install digital indicators for six Emag machines and to introduce computerized process control via GausSPC software. At these locations of control, training on the use of digital indicators as well as GausSPC software was conducted and included quality technicians, persons responsible for measurements, foremen and operators. During training, operating instructions were produced, administrators were appointed, and GausSPC software rights allocated. The practical part of the Thesis focuses on solving the current Emag machine situation in the production of tripod joints. The practical part also contains a description of the current process condition and outlines different improvement options. It also contains a process time analysis, total project realization costs and the automation reliability of SPC. It also contains interviews with every participant in the examined process as well as the information for improvements.
