Abstract

V Sloveniji smo zadnjih nekaj let priča zelo slabemu programu vzdrževanja oziroma novogradnji cest, razen programu AC omrežja. Kot ugotavljamo uporabniki cest, so nekateri odseki zelo neugodni oziroma že zelo nevarni za vožnjo. K temu je v veliki meri prispevala tudi finačna kriza, ki je skoraj zavrla vse investicije v gradnjo in vzdrževanje celotne cestne infrastrukture državnih cest. V nalogi sem tako prikazal pristop k izdelavi projektne dokumentacije in sicer za rekonstrukcijo MPC v javno dobro. Kot je znano, se pri projektiranju MPC sklepajo kompromisi med razpoložljivimi sredstvi in velikostjo uporabljenih projektno-tehničnih elementov, pogosto žal na račun nižje stopnje prometne varnosti. Diplomsko nalogo sem zaključil s prikazom primera projektiranja obstoječe ceste v občini Pesnica, ki je tudi vnjihovem upravljanju. Projektna dokumentacija je bila narejena na nivoju IDZ za pridobitev projektnih pogojev in na nivoju PZI za izvedbo.

Secondary abstract: In Slovenia in the last few years we were witnessed with a very bad program of maintenance and new construction of roads, except the highway network program. As we road users see, some sections are very uncomfortable or very unsafe to drive. This fact was largely contributed by the financial crisis, that almost inhibited all investments in construction and maintenance of the entire state road infrastructure. In this paper, I also show the approach to project documentation, for the reconstruction of the MPC for the public good. As is known, the design of MPC conclude trade-offs between the resources available and the size of the project technical elements. They are often at the expense of a lower level of traffic safety. I completed this thesis by showing example of the designing of existing road in the municipality of Pesnica, which is also in their maintenance. Project documentation was made at the level of the conceptual design ( IDZ) for the receiving of project conditions and at the level of detailed design (PZI) to implementation.
