Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali nekatere fizikalne lastnosti toplotnoizolacijskih plošč EPS in XPS. Cilj raziskave je, da z metodo pospešenega staranja, ki bo obsegala cikliranje v klimatski komori – 30 ciklov pri temperaturi od -20 °C do 40 °C ter nasičeni relativni vlagi, primerjamo vrednost toplotne prevodnosti pred in po cikliranju. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti kolikšna je sprememba vrednosti toplotne prevodnosti med novimi proizvodi iz EPS in staranimi. Če se vrednost toplotne prevodnosti s staranjem poveča, to v gradbeni praksi pomeni zmanjšanje toplotne učinkovitosti gradbene konstrukcije. Na EPS in XPS vzorcih smo opazovali mikrostrukturo in makrostrukturo vzorcev ter določali njihovo vodovpojnost.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis presents comparison between different types of EPS and XPS after they are subjected to aging process. Some physical parameters of EPS and XPS were tested and analyzed. The results were obtained by method of accelerating aging process. The EPS samples were exposed to thirty cycles in the climatic chamber. Temperature inside the chamber was from minus twenty to forty degrees Celsius at saturated relative humidity. Thermal conductivity was measured after we exposed our samples to aging process. The main goal of testing was to determine if aging of EPS product effects on thermal conductivity.
