diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih procesov
Abstract
Tema diplomske naloge so kabelski snopi oziroma povezave, ki se uporabljajo v namen avtomobilske industrije. Pri obravnavanih kabelskih snopih gre za problematiko statističnega nadzora proizvodnega procesa. V nalogi smo se ukvarjali z izboljšavo dosedanjega statističnega nadzora proizvodnega procesa in pri tem dobili tudi konkretne podatke za dva parametra, katera smo merili. Meritve smo opravljali na podlagi jemanja vzorcev iz proizvodnega procesa. Opisali smo preteklo stanje statističnega nadzora ter sedanje, ter pri tem navedli slabosti in prednosti obeh sistemov.
Nadgrajeni sistem nam omogoča večjo sledljivost procesa, s čimer lahko bistveno hitreje odkrijemo morebitna odstopanja. Posledično lahko hitreje urgiramo ter s tem preprečimo izdelavo neskladnih kosov. S tem se izognemo stroškom iz naslova izmeta oziroma kasnejših reklamacij. Ugotovili smo, da je naš proces pod nadzorom. Z izboljšanim oziroma nadgrajenim sistemom prihranimo 26% časa pri samem statističnem nadzoru proizvodnega procesa.

Diploma thesis deals with cabel harnesses or connections, which are used for the purpose of the automotive industry. When dealing with cable harnesses, comes to issues related to statistical control of the production process. Our primary task was to achieve improvement of statistical control process, and get concrete data for the two parameters. We compared past and present state of statistical control and gave pros and cons. With the upgraded system has been improved statistical control, this way the informations are captured in shorter time and the easier way, traceability of the process is higher and we can significantly faster detect any deviations. Consequently, we can quickly urge and prevent production of non-conforming items, whereby we can avoid the costs arising from the ejection and subsequent complaints.
We can say that we have the process under control.
The upgraded system saves 26% of the time in single statistical control of the production process. |
