diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Zaposlovanje novih delavcev je zamuden postopek. Način, kako se bomo lotili izbire kandidatov, bo v marsičem vplival na to, ali jih bomo obdržali. Ves postopek zahteva veliko časa in sredstev, a če se bomo nanj dobro pripravili in mu posvetili dovolj pozornosti, se nam bo najbolje obrestovalo. Nepravilna izbira kandidata je lahko problematična, pravi kandidat pa bo dragocena pridobitev in ravno zato mora biti postopek izbire novih sodelavcev izpeljan uspešno in kakovostno.
V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo opredelili pojem kadrovanja in bolj podrobno opisali proces pridobivanja in izbiranja novih kadrov. Izpostavili smo nekaj metod pridobivanja in izbiranja kadrov in jih tudi opisali. V nadaljevanju sledita predstavitev podjetja Jezeršek gostinstvo d. o. o. in intervju z njegovim direktorjem. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili raziskavo, s katero smo skušali odgovoriti na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja v zvezi s kadrovanjem v podjetju. Z anketiranjem zaposlenih smo ugotovili, da je proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju dober, vendar ima tudi nekaj pomanjkljivosti. Skušali smo najti rešitve in jih navedli kot predloge, za katere smatramo, da bi jih bilo v podjetju smiselno upoštevati.

Hiring is a time consuming process. The success of hiring depends on a method used. While the whole process is costly and takes a lot of time, when it is well prepared and enough time devoted to it, it produces best results. A wrong person is a liability, while the right one can be a precious gain. That's why the whole process of choosing of new employees must be successfully implemented.
The first part of the thesis defines the concept of human resources management and the process of hiring. It highlights and describes key methods of acquiring and selecting of the personnel. Some methods of hiring are exposed and described. The continuation focuses on presentation of the Company Jezersek Ltd. and features an interview with its manager. In the second part the research questions about the hiring process of the company are addressed via a survey of its personnel. The findings of the survey show the process of recruitment of the company is adequate, but it also pointed out to some shortcomings. The thesis concludes with recommendations about how to rectify these shortcomings. |
