Primerjava ženskega podjetništva med Slovenijo in Španijo

Abstract

V današnjem času je pomen ženskega podjetništva vse večji, kar je opazno tudi v tem, da ženske že zavzemajo določene pomembne, vodilne vloge. Vendar je to težko doseči čez noč. Potrebnega bo še veliko truda in časa, da se bodo v podjetništvu udeleževale vsaj v tolikšni meri toliko kot moški. V diplomskem seminarju smo delali primerjave ženskega položaja v Sloveniji in Španiji, ugotavljali, kakšne so njihove možnosti za podjetništvo, ali se povečuje delež žensk v podjetništvu ter kaj bi se še lahko naredilo na tem področju, da bi to število rastlo. Vsekakor imajo ženske na podjetništvo drugačne poglede kot moški, vsega se lotevajo premišljeno in natančno. Mogoče jih bodo ravno te lastnosti nekoč pripeljale tako daleč, da bodo lahko v svetu podjetništva enakopravne moškim.

Secondary abstract:	The importance of women's entrepreneurship in the recent years has been increasing, which is also evident from women occupying specific notable lead roles. This, however, is hard to achieve overnight. A great amount of effort and time will still be needed to at least achieve the balance between the shares of women and men in entrepreneurship. The aim of this thesis was to compare the position of women in Slovenia and Spain; to identify their chances for entrepreneurship; to establish whether the share of women in entrepreneurship is increasing, and to determine how their share could be further increased. The women's views of entrepreneurship differ from those of men, as they address issues thoughtfully and particularly. These specific qualities might someday lead them to achieve equality with men in the world of entrepreneurship
