Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem poskušal ugotoviti učinke, ki jih prinaša sistem standarda kakovosti ISO 9001:2008 v izbranem podjetju. Predmet raziskave so vsi učinki, ki vplivajo na celotno delovanje organizacije. Tako so zajeti učinki iz poslovanja in uspešnosti podjetja, vpliva na odjemalce, zaposlene ter dobavitelje. V diplomski nalogi je zajeta anketa o zadovoljstvu odjemalcev, ki kaže, da ima podjetje dobre odnose z vsemi svojimi odjemalci ter najpomembnejše, da so z ponujenimi izdelki in storitvami zadovoljni. V teoretičnem delu naloge sem predstavil pojem kakovosti in prikazal njegov razvoj ter izhodišča različnih avtorjev. V nadaljevanju sem predstavil kaj je standardizacija, kdo so njeni nosilci ter zakaj je standardizacija pomembna. Sledi predstavitev standarda ISO 9001 ter družine standardov, kaj so njegovi sestavni deli ter kakšne so prednosti in slabosti le-tega standarda. V praktičnem delu naloge sem se posvetil analizi sistema kakovosti v izbranem podjetju. Najbolj vidni pozitivni učinki so zadovoljstvo odjemalcev, manj reklamacij, boljše sodelovanje z dobavitelji in motiviranost zaposlenih.

In my diploma thesis, I have tried to establish the efficiency of the quality standard system
ISO 9001:2008 in a selected company. My research primarily dealt with all the effects that influence all aspects and operations of the organization - this includes effects on the business operations, the successfulness of the company, customers, employees and suppliers. The thesis includes a survey asking the customers if they are content with the company. The survey has shown that the company has built a good relationship with its customers and that they are pleased with the products and the services provided by the company. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I have explained the concept of quality as well as presented its progress and the basic premises of several different authors. Furthermore, I have presented the concept of standardization, who is in charge of its management and why it is deemed important. The next part of the thesis deals with the presentation of the standard ISO 9001 and the family of standards, its main components and the advantages and disadvantages of this particular standard. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the quality system in the selected company. The most obvious positive effects are the satisfaction of the customers, less complaints, better cooperation with suppliers and the motivation of the employees. |
