Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili majhno družinsko podjetje, ki se v današnjem času sooča z negativno gospodarsko rastjo in skuša kljub temu rasti in se razvijati še naprej. Temo smo si izbrali z namenom, da predlagamo ustanovitelju, kako lahko izboljša nadaljnjo rast in razvoj tega družinskega podjetja. Na življenjski cikel podjetja ne vplivajo samo prednosti in slabosti temveč tudi ostali notranji in zunanji vplivni dejavniki, ki smo jih prav tako opredelili za obravnavano družinsko podjetje. Naš cilj je bil predvsem izpostaviti temeljne vplivne dejavnike, ki so obravnavano družinsko podjetje pripeljali do trenutnega stanja, in predlagati ustanovitelju, kako naj se reši kriznega obdobja v svojem podjetju.

Secondary abstract: In our thesis, we present a small family business fighting negative economic growth in Slovenia and trying to continue its own growth and development. The subject was chosen with the purpose to suggest the founder which advantages and disadvantages to use in order to improve the businesses’ future development. However, the life cycle of a business is not solely influenced by advantages and disadvantages, but also by internal and external factors which will be determined for the above family business, as well. Our goal is to expose basic factors which led the business under consideration to the present situation as well as suggest the founder how to manoeuvre his business out of the economic crisis.
