Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen nov koncept kuhinjskega stropa, ki z odprtinami za prezračevanje omogoča uporabo zavržene toplote in predstavlja ogromen potencial za prihranek energije iz večjih kuhinj. V prvem delu diplome so predstavljeni rezultati numerične simulacije toka v realni kuhinji in opravljena analiza učinkovitosti odsesavanja kuhinjskih par z inovativno obliko kuhinjskega stropa. V drugem delu diplome je pripravljen zagonski elaborat za vzpostavitev proizvodnega procesa kuhinjskih stropov v družinskem podjetju. Rezultati izvedenih simulacij, opravljena tržna analiza in izdelane finančne projekcije kažejo, da je rešitev tehnološko učinkovita, zagon proizvodnega procesa pa bo podjetju omogočil povečanje prihodkov od prodaje, dobička in dodane vrednosti na zaposlenega.

Secondary title: Ventilated kitchen ceiling production startup
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a new concept of kitchen ceiling, with the ventilation openings which allow the use of waste heat and represents a huge potential for energy savings in the larger kitchens. The first part of the thesis presents the results of numerical simulation of flow in a real kitchen and includes the analysis of the efficiency of vapour extraction with the innovative design of the kitchen ceiling. The second part of the thesis includes start-up proposal for the establishment of the manufacturing process of kitchen ceiling in the family business. Results of the numerical simulations carried out, market analysis and prepared financial projections show, that the solution is technologically efficient and that production process will enable the company to increase sales revenue, profit and value added per employee.
