Abstract

Hitri razvoj moderne tehnologije nam vedno znova ponuja novosti. Veliko let smo gradili stavbe iz materialov, ki so v današnjem času energetsko zelo neučinkoviti. Pasivna hiša je zgrajena na posebnem primeru novih tehnologij, zaradi česar porabi bistveno manj energije kot je to bilo dosedaj. Prihranek energije lahko dosežemo z različnimi rešitvami, kot je orientacija stavbe proti soncu, izkoriščanje obnovljivih virov, z učinkovito rabo energije. Z dodatnimi sloji izolacije bistveno znižamo toplotne izgube in s tem posledično zmanjšujemo porabo energentov. Poleg novejših materialov, se energija pridobiva iz obnovljivih virov, ki jih imamo v Sloveniji zelo veliko. Pasivna hiša pa ni najnovejši trend v svetu, saj poznamo že bolj varčne nizkoenergetske hiše. V prihodnjih letih se bo gradnja stavb v Sloveniji osredotočila na nič energetske hiše, ki bodo za svojo delovanje proizvajale lastno električno energijo.

Secondary abstract: Modern technology with its rapid development is constantly offering innovations. Many years buildings were built from today’s energy-inefficient materials. Passive house is made from special new technologies with higher energetic efficiency as in previous time. With building orientation to the sun, the exploitation of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency can savings of energy been achieved. The significantly reduce of heat loss and consequently reduce of consumption of energy can be achieve by additional layers of insulation. In addition, there is a lot of renewable energy sources beside newer materials in Slovenia that are used for producing energy. Since we already know energy-saving low-energy houses, the passive house is not the newest trend around the world. Future trend of building houses in Slovenia will be focused on “zero” energy houses, the ones that will produce their own electrical energy for operating.
