Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je bilo obravnavano vzdrževanje stroja za razrez in obrez aluminija kot integralni del zagotavljanja kakovosti. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili različne obstoječe možne strategije vzdrževanja. Iz tega smo prišli do zaključka, da je najbolj primerno vzdrževanje za takšen stroj preventivno vzdrževanje. V raziskovalnem delu smo podrobno predstavili vse podsklope in sestavne dele stroja. Raziskali smo trenutno strategijo vzdrževanja, ki jo v podjetju uporabljajo, kjer pa smo naleteli na nekatera kritična mesta. Zato smo podali svoje predloge za morebitno izboljšanje učinkovitosti vzdrževanja.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we discussed maintenance of the machine for cutting and trimming of aluminum as an integral part of assuring quality. In the theoretical part we presented different existing potential maintenance strategies. Whence we came to the conclusion that the most appropriate maintenance of such machine is a preventive maintenance. In the research work we presented in details all the subassemblies and components of the machine. We researched the current maintenance strategy, which is used in the company where we stumbled upon some critical points. Therefore we suggested our propositions for possible improvements of the maintenance.
