Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v današnjem času, in sicer tako teoretično kot tudi praktično; v teoretičnem delu smo razložili pojme, kot so zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, organizacijska klima in motivacija. Poudarili smo njihov pomen, saj lahko organizacija z razumevanjem navedenih pojmov dosega uspešne poslovne izide. V praktičnem delu naloge pa smo analizirali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v današnjem času med zaposlenimi v javnem in zasebnem sektorju. Glavni namen diplomskega dela v raziskovalnem delu je ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih ter stanje med zaposlenimi v današnjih negotovih časih in prispevati k boljšemu razumevanju pojma zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Za zbiranje podatkov smo si izbrali anketni vprašalnik o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. Vprašalnik smo sestavili iz posameznih vprašanj, pri katerih so anketiranci s pomočjo priložene lestvice podali svoje strinjanje oziroma nestrinjanje. Dimenzije, v okviru katerih so anketiranci podali svojo oceno za posamezno trditev, so: zadovoljstvo z delodajalcem, zadovoljstvo z nadrejenim in sodelavci, delovni pogoji in plača.

Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with employee satisfaction today from the theoretical and practical perspective. The theoretical part explains certain notions, including employee satisfaction, organisational climate and motivation, and points to their significance; only an organisation aware of these notions can achieve positive business results. The practical part of the thesis analyses the current level of satisfaction among employees in the public and private sector. The main goal of the research was to determine the level of employee satisfaction, look into the organisational climate in these unstable times, and contribute to a better understanding of employee satisfaction. A survey questionnaire was used for data collection. It consisted of scaled questions, through which the respondents indicated their agreement or disagreement. The dimensions serving as a basis for the statements were: satisfaction with the employer, satisfaction with superiors and co-workers, working conditions and salary.
