Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova in izdelava orodja za brizganje plastike, za izdelek pogonska gred programatorja štedilnika. Najprej sem se lotil iskanja idejnih rešitev za zasnovo modulnega orodja, nato konstrukcijo orodja izdelal tako da je tehnološko izvedljiva in ustrezala želji po čim lažji zamenljivosti sestavnih delov. Pri izdelavi sem posvetil veliko pozornost kontroli sestavnih delov, kar mi je poenostavilo sestavo in optimizacijo orodja. Orodje sem testiral opravil korekcije, ter uspešno zaključil projekt.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the design and manufacture of tool for plastic injectionmolding of driveshaft programmer for electric stoves. First of all, I began to look for a conceptual solution of a design for a modular tool, then made a construction of the tool, which is technologically feasible and meets expectations for a smooth interchangeability of components. After finishing the components I payed a lot of attention to control of components, which simplifies the composition and optimization of the tool. I tested the tool and made the corrections, and successfully completed the project.
