Abstract

V diplomskem delu nas zanima tema motivacije na področju izobraževanja odraslih. V okviru raziskave smo poskušali ugotoviti, kakšna je motivacija strokovnih delavcev v Vrtcu Črnuče. Nenehne spremembe in hiter razvoj so prinesle nov pogled tudi na pedagoško delo, ker pa se danes znanje tako hitro razvija in so te novosti skoraj vsakodnevne, je nenehno izobraževanje strokovnega kadra nujno potrebno za doseganje zahtev okolja in vzdrževanje kakovosti pedagoškega dela. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo teoretično opredelili pojma izobraževanje in motivacija ter opisali faze izobraževalne dejavnosti v organizaciji. Predstavili smo organizacijo Vrtec Črnuče z organizacijskega, kadrovskega in izobraževalnega vidika. V raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela smo, na podlagi raziskave, izvedene s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ugotovili stanje motiviranosti strokovnih delavcev, pomembnost motivacijskih dejavnikov ter ovir pri odločanju za izobraževanje, uporabnost novih znanj ter koliko na motiviranost vpliva starost, delovna doba in delovno področje. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo poleg ugotovitev zapisali še predloge, za katere smo menili, da bi lahko prispevali k izboljšavam na področju motiviranja strokovnih delavcev za izobraževanje v Vrtcu Črnuče.

Secondary abstract: The subject of this diploma paper is motivation for professional additional training. Our research was aimed at discovering the degree of such motivation of the staff at Črnuče Kindergarten. Constant change and progress have brought about new visions of work with children. And as knowledge in this area progresses so quickly, with new approaches almost daily, it is essential for the teaching staff to constantly upgrade their knowledge and skills in order to reach the demands of the parents and to provide high-quality caring and education. The first part of the paper deals with theoretical definition of education and motivation. It also describes the educational activities within the kindergarten. It gives a thorough introduction to the organisation of the kindergarten regarding management, human resources, and educational contents. In our research – based on the questionnaire proposed to the kindergarten teachers – we established the level of motivation, the importance of motivational factors and possible obstacles in making decisions for in-service training, the benefits of newly acquired knowledge and skills, and also the influence of age, seniority, and the field of work, on the decision for further education. In the final part we propose several ideas which may further enhance the motivation of the staff for professional additional training.
