diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo raziskali absentizem in fluktuacijo v občini Škofja Loka.
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo literature razložili strokovne pojme s poudarkom na absentizmu in fluktuaciji. Predstavili smo organizacijo in s formulami za izračun stopnje absentizma in fluktuacije izračunali vrednosti teh dveh pojmov za leta 2011, 2012 in 2013.
V empiričnem delu smo kot orodje uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene v občini. Odgovore na anketni vprašalnik smo analizirali in z njihovo pomočjo odgovorili na šest zastavljenih raziskovalnih vprašanj, ki se nanašajo na absentizem, fluktuacijo in počutje v organizaciji.
S pomočjo odgovorov na raziskovalna vprašanja smo napisali predloge za izboljšanje delovanja organizacije.

In diploma, we have done a research on absenteeism and turnover in municipality of Škofja Loka.
The diploma consists of theoretical and empirical part. In theoretical part, we explained some technical concepts with focus on absenteeism and turnover with the use of literature. We presented the organization and with the use of formulas for calculating absenteeism and turnover, we calculated the values of these two concepts for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
In the empirical part, we used questionnaire as a tool, which we distributed among the employees in the municipality. The answers to the questionnaire were analyzed and used to answer six research questions, related to absenteeism, turnover and well-being of the organization.
With the use of these research answers, we wrote proposals to improve the functioning of the organization. |
