Grozdenje transportnih podjetij v oskrbovalni verigi

Abstract

V današnjem poslovnem okolju se podjetja srečujejo s pritiskom vse večje konkurence ter globalizacije, zato je zanje pomembno medsebojno sodelovanje po načelu grozdenja, da s skupnimi močmi krepijo svoje konkurenčne sposobnosti v oskrbovalni verigi, kjer delujejo. Grozdi, v katere se podjetja povezujejo, predstavljajo obliko medpodjetniškega povezovanja, za katero je značilno, da temelji na skupnih interesih vseh udeležencev ter prinaša pozitivne učinke za člane grozda, predvsem v smislu zniževanja neposrednih stroškov in doseganja višje produktivnosti. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo s pomočjo strokovne literature definirali osnovne pojme o oskrbovalni verigi, grozdenju ter o grozdenju transportnih podjetij v oskrbovalni verigi. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela pa smo s pomočjo intervjuja skušali ugotoviti, kakšne prednosti in slabosti prinaša transportnim podjetjem, ki se grozdijo v podjetju KS logistik d. o. o., kje se jim pojavljajo težave, in jih s pomočjo naših predlogov odpraviti.

Secondary abstract:	In today's business environment, companies are confronted with the pressure of increasing competition and globalization, it is therefore important cooperation based on the principle of clustering to work together to strengthen their competitive capacity in the supply chain in which they operate. Clusters in which the business associate a form of inter- linking which is characterized as being based on the common interests of all participants and bring positive effects to the members of the cluster, especially in terms of reducing direct costs and achieve higher productivity. In the theoretical part of the master thesis we are using professional literature define the basic concepts of supply chain, clustering and clustering of transport companies in the supply chain. In the empirical part of the master thesis we have with the help of the interview trying to figure out what the pros and cons bring transport companies, which are clusters in the enterprise KS Logistik d. o. o., where they have problems and with the help of our proposals to eliminate them.
