Abstract

Mrežni marketing je dejavnost, ki v preteklosti ni veljala za legalno, kar pa se je s časom in z njegovim nenehnim razvojem spremenilo. Danes se številna svetovna podjetja širijo prav na način mrežnega marketinga oziroma mreženja in so pri tem zelo uspešna. Pri mrežnem marketingu gre za delovanje brez vmesnih členov, kar posel poenostavi, zmanjša stroške in poveča hitrost prodaje ali opravljene storitve. Na začetku diplomskega dela predstavimo splošne opredelitve trženja, mrežnega marketinga in njegovega nastanka. V tretjem poglavju se lotimo primerjave delovanja mrežnega marketinga z drugimi oblikami prodaje. Sledi predstavitev strukture mrežne prodaje, pri čemer se osredotočimo na izgradnjo ravni in pridobivanje novih članov. V nadaljevanju predstavimo prednosti in slabosti mrežnega marketinga z vidika kupca, zastopnika in tudi posameznega podjetja. V šestem poglavju obravnavamo praktične primere legalnega in nelegalnega mrežnega marketinga in predstavimo primere finančnih goljufij. V zaključku diplomskega dela podamo vzroke za današnjo širitev mrežnega marketinga, njegov ključni namen in obete za prihodnost.

Secondary abstract: Network marketing is a business activity, which was illegal in the past, but this changed with time and its constant development. Nowadays numerous companies expand precisely with network marketing or networking and are very successful in doing so. Network marketing means business operations without intermediates, which simplifies the business, reduces costs and increases the speed of sales or conducted service. At the beginning of the thesis we present general definitions of marketing, network marketing and its development. In the third chapter we provide a comparison of network marketing with other forms of sales. This is followed by the presentation of network sales, were we focus on the building of levels and acquisition of new members. In continuation we present advantages and weaknesses of network marketing from the view of the buyer, distributor and individual company. In the sixth chapter we discuss practical cases of legal and illegal network marketing and present examples of financial schemes. In the conclusion of the thesis we state causes for the current expansion of network marketing, its main purpose and trends for the future.
