Abstract
Trgovine z živili poskušajo tako kot druga podjetja dvigniti svoj tržni delež s pomočjo spletne prodaje. Spletno nakupovanje je ena izmed vrst oskrbnih kanalov, ki se je potrošniki zaradi takšnih ali drugačnih razlogov vse bolj poslužujemo. V diplomskem delu obravnavamo točno določen funkcionalni del spletnega nakupovanja, in sicer izvedbo naročil z distribucijo. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Teoretični del temelji na proučevanju domače in tuje literature, medtem ko praktični del odraža trenutni stanje v podjetju Mercator, d. d. Na podlagi izvedenih analiz v podjetju smo izpostavili probleme obravnavanega področja in se osredotočili na reševanje točno določenega problema, to je uporabe nepovratne embalaže. V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili predlog rešitve z uporabo povratne plastične embalaže v procesih izvedbe naročil z distribucijo.

Packaging for making orders in online shopping |

Grocery stores are trying to raise their market share with the help of online shopping, just like other companies do. Online shopping is one of the types of supply channels that is increasingly resorted to by the modern- age consumer (for one reason or another). In this dissertation we discuss the specific functional part of online shopping, namely giving orders with the distribution. The dissertation consists of the data obtained from both the theoretical and the practical work. The teoretical part is the area of treatment on the basis of the literature, written by Slovene as well as foreign experts, while the practical part reflects the current state in company Mercator, Plc. Based on the analysis made in the company we have highlighted problems of the discussed field and focus on solving a specific problem, that is the use of non-returnable packaging. In the last part of the dissertation we have presented a proposal of the solution, with the use of returnable plastic packaging in processes of making orders with the distribution. |
