Racionalizacija cestnega prometa v okviru podjetja Transport Finec

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na predstavitev trenutnega stanja pri pošiljanju transportnih dokumentov voznikom preko faks naprav. Drugo obravnavano področje v diplomskem delu je informiranost voznikov o rednih in izrednih omejitvah tovornega prometa, da lahko vozniki nemoteno opravljajo transport in ga v evropskem prostoru tudi načrtujejo. Pošiljanje dokumentov in transport v času omejitev predstavljata podjetju prevelike nepotrebne stroške in ovirata delo zaposlenih. V teoretičnih osnovah smo definirali in opredelili pojme, povezane s prevozom razsutega tovora, omejitvah tovornega prometa, transportni tehniki in tehnologiji. S posnetkom obstoječega stanja in kritično analizo smo opisali načrtovanje in potek dela v podjetju. V poglavju predlogi rešitev smo s podatki, ki so bili pridobljeni med raziskavo in finančnimi izračuni, prišli do rezultatov, ki podjetju nudijo rešitvi glede pošiljanja dokumentov s pomočjo prenosnih faks naprav in pri načrtovanju transporta v času omejitev tovornega prometa z zbirko informacij o vseh cestnih zaporah po posameznih evropskih državah.

Secondary abstract:	In the thesis, the primary focus is the representation of the current situation in sending transport documents via fax machines to the drivers in the company. Second area of the research is the analysis of how informed are the drivers about ordinary and extraordinary restrictions on freight traffic in order to smoothly carry out and plan transportation within Europe. Sending transport documents and transportation during freight traffic restrictions represent additional and unnecessary costs for the transport company and hamper the work of employees. Therefore, in the theoretical part, definitions related to the transport of bulk goods, restrictions on freight transport, transport techniques and technology are explained. In the analitical part, we collected the information of the current situation in transport planning and workflow in the company, that were furthermore critically analysed. Data and financial calculations obtained during the study represent the results of the thesis, which are the use of portable fax machines for sending transport documents and planning of transportation during freight traffic restrictions by the use of information bank of roadblocks in different European countries. These results can be used as the proposal to the company Transport Finec for the rationalisation of the road transportation.
