Abstract

Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu je eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov uspeha podjetja, a vendar so v času recesije in naraščajoče brezposelnosti v Republiki Sloveniji prisotni tudi nezadovoljstvo in posledice, ki so povezane z njim. Zadovoljni zaposleni se v organizaciji počutijo dobro, z njo rastejo, se osebnostno razvijajo in vanjo vlagajo svojo kreativno energijo. Pozitivni odziv nadrejenih na delo zaposlenih in viden napredek delujeta namreč motivacijsko, saj pohvala dobro opravljene naloge pomeni, da je nadrejeni opazil trud zaposlenega in to povečuje zadovoljstvo. Vendar obstaja vrsta vzrokov, ki zadovoljstvo zaposlenih nižajo, med najpogostejše pa sodijo nizka plača, slabi odnosi med sodelavci, nezmožnost napredovanja in izobraževanja ter neprimeren odnos nadrejenih do podrejenih. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na eno izmed večjih slovenskih podjetij – Slovenske železnice, d. o. o., ter poskušali ugotoviti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu na oddelku Finance, računovodstvo in kontroling. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu podrobneje predstavimo dejavnike zadovoljstva ter z njimi povezana negativna pojava v organizaciji – absentizem in fluktuacijo. Skozi analizo podatkov smo prišli do rezultatov, da je stopnja absentizma v letu 2011 znašala 3,62 odstotka, v letu 2012 pa 5,74 odstotka, kar pomeni, da se je stopnja absentizma povišala. Povišala se je tudi stopnja fluktuacije, saj je leta 2011 znašala 2,93 odstotka, leta 2012 pa kar 7,08 odstotka. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli raziskavo, s katero smo poskušali ugotoviti dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu in morebitne posledice nezadovoljstva, kot sta absentizem in fluktuacija na oddelku Finance, računovodstvo in kontroling podjetja Slovenske železnice, d. o. o. Rezultati so pokazali, da so zaposleni tam povprečno zadovoljni, a da je tamkaj vendar še precej prostora za izboljšave, predloge zanje smo tudi podali.

Secondary abstract: Employee satisfaction at workplace is one od main factors of success of a company, but in era od recession and growing unemployment in there is also dissatisfaction and its concequences present in Republic Slovenia. Employees, who are satisfied, are feeling well in company where they work, they are growing with it, developing presonally and investing their creative energy. Both positive response of their leaders and progress well seen are motivating for them, because praising work well done means, that employer noticed effort of employee, which is growing his or her satisfaction. But there are plenty od causes, which are lowering employees' satisfaction and the most common are low salary, bad relations among coworkers, absence of promotion and education and inappropriate relation of leaders towards thier subordinates. In this assignment we have focused on one of biggest Slovenian companies – Slovenian railways, l. t. d. and we tried to discover employee satisfaction among workers, employed in department for Finance, accountancy and controlling. We divided this diploma to theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part introduces factors of satisfaction and both negative concequences, that are connected with it – absenteesm and fluctuation. Through data analysis we found out, that level of absenteesm was 3,62 percents in year 2011 and 5,74 percents in year 2012, which means that level of absenteesm has grown. We noticed growth in level of fluctuation, which was 2,93 percents in year 2011 and 7,08 percents in year 2012. Within emprirical part we have made a research, with which we tried to find out factors of satisfaction of employees at workplace, and possible concequences of dissatisfaction, like absenteesm and fluctuation at department of Finance, accounting and controlling of Slovenian railways, l. t. d.. Results have shown, that there is average satisfaction present among employees, and that there's plenty of space dor improvements, which we also suggested in conclusion.
